Green Organics providing products for Bocuse d'Or

Jan Smink was qualified drung the Bocuse d'Or Europe in May 2014 in Stockholm for the world finals.

Smink; The competition was very tough this time. We went for gold and we achieved the ninth place. We worked very hard and our efforts have been rewarded. This competition is the toughest of all.

Jan Smink, the Dutch participant in the Bocuse d'Or 2015 in Lyon, France, achieved during the world finals the 9th place.

Jan and his commis Rogier Peeters cooked together in exactly 5 hours and 35 minutes 14 fish and 14 meat dishes. The strong competition field consisted of 24 top chefs from around the world.
