Why do we ask for personal data?

  • Drawing up an order/agreement
  • having the data necessary for realizing the legal purposes

  • a design and continuation of our products and services that is as efficient as possible
  • making the quality of our products and services testable and guaranteeing them as much as possible
  • being able to communicate with stakeholders as well as possible
  • exchange of information within the organization in the interest of our products and services

Who has access to your data?

Your data can never be shared within Green Organics B.V. We will never send, sell or trade your data to/with third parties outside Green Organics B.V. for marketing purposes. Data that is sent to third parties will only be used to provide you with our services.

All of our employees are bound by confidentiality during and after their employment. We use a Privacy Policy with an inextricably linked Registry of personal data processing activities.

Right of access:
You have the right to request information about the personal data we have of you at any time. You can contact Green Organics B.V., which can provide you with this personal data via e-mail.

Right to data portability:
If Green Organics B.V. processes your personal data in an automated fashion based on your permission or based on an agreement, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, provided to you or to another party. This only applies to personal data you have provided.

Right to rectification:
You have the right to request the rectification of your personal data if it is incorrect, which includes the right to complete any incomplete personal data.

Right to erasure:
You have the right to have the personal data processed by Green Organics B.V. erased at any time.

* payment details and payment history
* order details
* all correspondence in this area

What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?
The processing of your personal data is necessary in order to process and deliver your order at Green Organics B.V.

How long do we store your data?
We do not store personal data for longer than the law stipulates.

Adjustment of our privacy statement?
It may happen that our privacy statement needs to be updated as a result of new developments and legislation. The latest version of the privacy statement is always available on our website. We will make all material changes to the privacy statement known.

We will try to resilve your complains satisfactorily. If we cannot reach an agreement, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
